We stayed with family and young children. The host and home was perfect. Very responsive and an extremely clean and organized home. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils which helped us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!!! Large kitchen and living room, lots of space. Beautiful pool, and hot tub…screened in with lots seating and covered outside area to eat and grill. Canal access was perfect and easy for fishing. Wonderful stay!! Great hosts - friendly, responsive and most helpful!!

This stay has been one of my favorites of all time. The house is fully furnished with everything you need. It’s spacious, clean, up to date and in a safe quiet location. Great communication and the best host we’ve experienced. The pool was amazing. I cannot think of one bad thing to stay about this place. It’s beautiful, spacious and full of every amenity we needed for our family vacation! We will be back again in the future.

The house itself was great, beautiful inside and out, and exactly as portrayed in the listing photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Southwest Florida, and plan to return again soon.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Eine ruhige Lage. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Verwaltung ist sehr sehr nett, und in jeden Belangen sofort ansprechbar! Beim nächsten mal, mieten wir uns ein Boot! :-)

We had an amazingly comfortable and relaxed stay at Villa Felicita. It is a very bright space with comfortable furnishings and tastefully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing with a wonderful outdoor kitchen and television. The property is private in a quiet neighborhood, and it is very well maintained. Management was readily available to answer questions.

Dette var et helt fantastisk sted. Vi var her i 15 dager og savnet stedet med en gang vi dro. Det var flere dager hvor vi ikke ønsket å dra fra huset siden vi koste oss der så mye. Kommer 100% til å komme tilbake hit i fremtiden.

We had an amazing stay at AHC in Cape Coral! The location right on the canal was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt luxurious while still being incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous and perfect for cooking and gathering together. With 4 bedrooms, there were 3 king and 1 queen and 3 beautiful bathrooms. It worked perfect for our 3 couples and still had room for a 4th. We loved grilling out, relaxing on the lanai, and enjoying the beautiful pool and hot tub The furnishings were comfortable and upscale, and we especially loved the thoughtful décor touches, including the adorable little cows placed throughout the home. You can tell so much care went into every detail. We would absolutely stay again!

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes und grosses Haus. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Was für ein tolles Haus auch der Pool und Aussenbereich sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gfühlt.

Beautiful home exceeded our expectations as far as cleanliness, furniture, decor and comfort. I could go on and on. This house is my dream home, I love the layout. The pictures online were nice but walking into the home in person was even more impressive. I walked through the front door and was speechless. The location is nice if you prefer to be farther away from places like downtown Cape Coral, Fort Myers beach and Sanibel. There is a Publix, Walgreens and bait store are right down the road. Luciano’s pizza delivers for an easy meal and was Excellent. Pine Island is nearby to explore and Lazy Flamingo restaurant is a good option. If you want to take a drive Doc Fords on Fort Myers beach was our families favorite this trip. We have frequented Fins, decent food and portion’s. Tiki Hut, decent food smaller portions. Both bar/restaurants we would recommend but are closer to Yacht Club area. Thank you Villa Felicitas for our amazing stay at your property!

Our family loved our stay in Felicitas! This was our fourth vacation in Cape Coral. This home is beautiful and the cleanest one we have ever rented. The yak theme indoors was fun and creative. We found the neighborhood to be peaceful, friendly and so pretty! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from the kitchen table window or back patio and gorgeous sunsets sitting on the front porch. We even had the pleasure to see a dolphin in the channel. The pool was fabulous. We spent a few days almost entirely in the back yard. Matlatcha and Pine Island restaurants were nearby favorites…Micelis, Yucatan, and Blue Dog. We traveled to Sanibel, Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach as well.

Your place was gorgeous! Truly looks like the pictures. The pool area was peaceful & serene, with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy. Such a luxurious experience. The effort to make your guests feel welcome is very evident. The surrounding area has lots to do, and many great choices to eat. I would definitely stay here over and over again!

The house was better than described! We felt like we were the first ones there! It was clean and Incredibly beautiful. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The host, Martins wife, made a welcome visit the morning after check in to answer any questions. Because of a previous review we asked for the American style bedding on all beds ahead of time and was no problem. Plenty of starter supplies and a well stocked kitchen with dishes and pots and pans. The pool and hot tub was a bonus on how nice it was. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was huge. The house had everything as expected and more, it would be hard to find a better place. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean, including the outside area and pool. Very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The only complaint was there were no sheets on the beds. There was a fitted sheet and comforter, but no top sheet. It was also a short drive to any restaurants which I didn’t realize when booking. The house, however was great. Very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property was BEAUTIFUL! Even better than the pictures show. It was very well stocked in the kitchen and the pool and hot tub was amazing, we had such a great time. The pool heater had a fault the first day we got there but Martin and his wife quickly fixed it and we enjoyed the whole experience!

This house was exactly like described. It was super clean in every inch from the bathrooms to the furniture. The pool and entertainment was perfect for even the cloudy days. Will be staying here again in the future.

Amazing house with beautiful outdoor living space. It was extremely clean and well stocked. The layout was also perfect for us. The only downside was that it took us around an hour plus to get to the beach so if you plan to go daily, this may not be the ideal location, but we enjoyed spending time at the pool. I would definitely stay again! Loved our time there!

This home is beyond beautiful!! I cannot say enough great things about this amazing property. Spotless. Clean. Comfortable. Everything you need. My family will absolutely stay again. and again. and again. I don't believe I have stayed in a better Arbnb....ever. Treat this home as your own, as we did, and it can be a gem for all to enjoy! Also, Martin with AHC, was wonderful! I don't usually prefer management companies...but Martin was fantastic to work with! Very accommodating and always prompt to respond. highly, highly, highly recommend!!

Better than expected! Even better than the pictures. We didn’t see any shampoo or conditioner, but we bought our own which honestly is better so you know you will like it. The pool and hot tub were amazing, we loved how the pool had a spot that you could walk around and only get a little wet along with a deep end, and it had a bench seat at the deep end. You could adjust the temperatures of the pool and hot tub as you wanted. Everything was close by, the ac worked wonderfully, having a washer and dryer was great. There was an abundance of lighting and ceiling fans.

The house was meticulously clean like brand new. The kids loved the pool! The beds were very comfortable! We were close to restaurants, ice cream, and places to pick up beverages. Our host was extremely responsive. Martin and his wife were fantastic. I would highly recommend, We will be back next year. Thanks again. It was a memorable, relaxing vacation.

Such a gorgeous home! The house was immaculate; the kitchen was very well stocked; the pool was beautiful and its heater worked nicely; there were plentiful linens/towels--I could go on and on. The master bathroom was one of our favorite features: the walk-in shower was so spacious that it ended up being one of my kids' favorite spots to play in the house! AHC was even kind enough to provide us with a brand-new high chair, pack-and-play, and blanket for our baby. Highly recommend this home if you're looking for the most relaxing, comfortable stay! We're already looking forward to our next time here :)
