Booked this home only a month or so before our stay. Great price I think because of that. It was a new listing so everything was very fresh and clean as we were the first to stay. The master bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The first time staying for 3 weeks anywhere with no back issues! Very spacious home and the outdoor space was wonderful! Amazing new BBQ with an outdoor fridge and very clean pool! Well stocked with most anything you need. Managers were very accommodating when we did need a couple things. They got them right to us! We were not thrilled with no privacy barrier in the back, but we were lucky as only once did we see anyone. The electric issue made us a bit nervous, not knowing how much extra we might owe. I had never dealt with that with any other rentals I have used. It wound up being acceptable and not overly high. Being able to drive into a garage was a huge plus for us! Very nice quiet area, but wish it were closer to a nice beach. Hosts Martin and Ariane were great
