When can I check in?
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. on your arrival day. If you arrive later, check-in is at your arrival time. Early check-in is available on request.
What time is check-out?
Please check out by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day. Late checkout is available on request.
When do I pay?
A 30% deposit is due when you book. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, contact us to confirm the payment arrangements.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies vary by villa. Before booking, please review the cancellation policy for your selected villa on our booking website. For existing reservations, refer to the terms in your booking confirmation. Contact us if you have any questions.
Do all villas have pool heaters, and is heating included in the price?
All villas have pool heaters. Pool heating is included in the rental price at Felicitas, Bonaire, Tuscany, Casa de Coral, Blue Marlin, Dolce Vita, and Villa Riverside. At all other villas, pool heating is available, with electricity charged by meter as explained below.
How is electricity charged at the other villas?
At all other villas, electricity is charged according to meter readings at US$0.18 per kWh. An electricity allowance of US$5 per day is included; usage above that allowance is charged.
What is the electricity allowance at Villa Flamingo?
Villa Flamingo includes a US$35-per-week electricity allowance. Usage above that allowance is charged at US$0.18 per kWh, payable at check-out.
Can I dock my boat at La Dolce Vita?
Guests may dock their boat at the private dock. The boat lift is not available for guest use.
